Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to manage the sourcing of trims, fabrics, accessories, and vendor development for a garment export house. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and experience dealing with both domestic and international suppliers. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors for fabrics, trims, packaging, and accessories. Coordinate with merchandising and product development teams to understand sourcing requirements. Collect and compare quotations, negotiate best prices, quality, and delivery timelines. Follow up on sample and bulk order deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement. Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, rates, and quality benchmarks. Conduct market research to stay updated with latest sourcing trends and price movements. Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards. Support in vendor audits and compliance documentation if required. Coordinate for lab dips, fabric swatches, and approval processes. Key Skills: Good understanding of garment trims, fabrics, and accessories. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Familiar with sourcing from local and international markets. Ability to handle multiple orders and vendors simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/WFX systems preferred.
