Job Summary: The Production Manager will oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process for our Agri Food Processing Machinery, ensuring efficient, safe, and high-quality production. This role involves managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet demand and quality standards.
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage production resources, including equipment, facilities, and personnel, to maximize efficiency.
• Implement and enforce quality control programs and ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Liaise with procurement, design, and sales departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports on performance for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in a Production Management role, preferably within the agricultural machinery or heavy fabrication industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Must be a male candidate from Ambala.
