Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in Ludhiana for flat knitting unit .The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring health and safety compliance. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to optimize workflows and meet production targets.

Qualifications

• Production management, Scheduling, and Workflow optimization skills
• Experience in staff supervision and team management
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety compliance
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
