Production Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, optimizing resources, and maintaining a safe and efficient workplace. You will play a key role in meeting production targets, improving processes, and leading a team of supervisors and production staff. Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and control production to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing. Develop and maintain production schedules and ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and reduce waste. Ensure adherence to quality control and health & safety standards. Coordinate with procurement, quality control, maintenance, and logistics to ensure smooth operations. Lead, train, and motivate production teams to meet performance and productivity targets. Prepare and manage production reports, KPIs, and operational metrics. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and machinery. Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with the warehouse team. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
