Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Production Oversight

Plan, coordinate, and manage all production activities related to handpumps, cable trays, and solar panel structures.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and timely delivery targets.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor production metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements for higher efficiency.

Team Management

Lead, mentor, and supervise production staff, machine operators, and technicians.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Conduct training sessions to enhance technical and operational skills.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement.

Machinery & Technical Oversight

Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and utilization of production machinery and tools.
Coordinate with maintenance teams forpreventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Quality Assurance & Safety

Implement and maintain robust quality control systems.
Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with technical standards and client specifications.

Enforce workplace safety regulations and lead safety training programs
