Production Manager

Job Summary:

The Production Manager – Refinery Laboratory will oversee daily operations of the refinery’s production and lab activities, ensuring efficient processing, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role involves managing production teams, coordinating with quality control, maintenance, and R&D teams, and ensuring optimal utilization of resources to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production to meet output and quality targets.
• Supervise lab testing, documentation, and equipment calibration.
• Coordinate with QC/QA to maintain ISO and process standards.
• Lead and train production and lab teams for efficiency and safety.
• Ensure compliance with HSE norms and conduct regular audits.
• Analyze data to optimize yield, reduce costs, and minimize downtime.
• Prepare production and performance reports for management.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Industrial) or M.Sc. (Chemistry).
• 7–12 years’ experience in refinery/petrochemical/edible oil/chemical industry.
• Strong in process control, quality systems, and team management.
• Proficient in ERP, MS Office, and ISO/GMP standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
