Job Description

About Us:

Hillstone Mediaworks is a creative venture specialising in AI-powered storytelling across mediums. We develop compelling fiction and media tech projects, blending creativity and technology to deliver enhanced audience experiences.

Role Overview:

Production Manager

What You’ll Do:

Manage
two teams (2 members each)
working on digital content.
Ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time.
Coordinate between team members and leadership.
Track milestones and prepare simple daily/weekly progress reports.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years’ experience
in team management, or similar leadership roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work well with a team.

Employment Details:

Location:
Vijaynagar, Indore (In-office, Mon–Sat)
Contract: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
Remuneration: ₹25,000/month
Start:
October 2025
