As a Scriptwriter at Hillstone Mediaworks, you will be responsible for developing high-quality scripts for episodic content. This includes ensuring a strong narrative structure, crafting compelling character arcs that evolve naturally across episodes, and collaborating with the creative team to refine storylines while maintaining consistency in tone and style. You will also be expected to revise scripts based on feedback without compromising the core vision and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. The ideal candidate for this role should have proven experience in episodic screenwriting, with a strong understanding of story structure, character development, and dialogue writing. The ability to write across genres and tailor narratives to different audiences is essential. Experience working in collaborative settings with directors, producers, and fellow writers is also highly valued.
