Role Overview: We are looking for a Production Manager to handle daily operations and ensure smooth workflows for our content teams. This role requires leadership, organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. What You’ll Do: Manage two teams (2 members each) working on digital content. Ensure projects stay on track and are delivered on time. Coordinate between team members and leadership. Track milestones and prepare simple daily/weekly progress reports. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years’ experience in team management, or similar leadership roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work well with a team.
