Production Manager

We’re Hiring | Production Manager – Sofa Division
Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Industry: Furniture Manufacturing (Premium Sofa & Upholstery)

Are you a production expert with deep experience in sofa manufacturing? We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead our sofa division at our Hosur facility and drive quality, efficiency, and innovation on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production planning and execution
• Manage daily operations across framing, upholstery, stitching & assembly
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, cost control, and safety protocols
• Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, and skilled floor staff
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous process improvement
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and stores for timely raw material availability
• Maintain production MIS, TAT, and compliance documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• 10–15 years of experience in furniture/sofa manufacturing
• Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams
• Hands-on knowledge of framing, foam, fabric, and finish quality
• Familiar with SAP, MS Office, and production metrics
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, and ISO practices preferred
• Willingness to travel and manage vendor coordination when required

Role Level: Manager / Functional Head
