Job description:

• Oversee all plant and wharf operations, including loading/unloading, processing, and storage of seafood products.
• Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all machinery and equipment.
• Implement, maintain, and enforce safety protocols, procedures, and health regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits.
• Manage inventory, including tracking, storage, and control of materials.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, safety, and cost management. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Plan, schedule, and review workload and manpower to meet targets cost-effectively. Manage work assignments and allocation for staff
• Manage and direct the operations team to achieve business targets.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment. Provide guidance to employees on work-related issues.
• Conduct regular team meetings.
• Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational activities. Ensure the team follows GMPS/SOPs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
