Role Overview

You will lead the entire production floor, ensuring continuous manufacturing, zero downtime, and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production operations & meet daily output targets
• Plan manpower, assign shifts & ensure 100% workforce readiness
• Maintain top-tier hygiene, GMP, safety & cleaning standards
• Monitor machine utilization, downtime & efficiency metrics
• Lead process optimization, waste reduction & productivity improvement
• Maintain batch records, production logs, and compliance documents
• Coordinate with QC for batch release and quality approvals
• Work with Maintenance to minimize breakdowns and implement preventive maintenance
• Supervise supervisors, machine operators & support staff

Ideal Candidates

• Minimum 3 years in FMCG/food manufacturing production
• Strong team leadership & decision-making capability
• Knowledge of food production machinery preferred
• Confident in managing fast-paced operations
• Must 

  relocate to Himatnagar

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology or a related discipline.
• 5–6 years of experience in Food manufacturing Industry
