Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Jaipur. The Production Manager will oversee and manage production activities to ensure high-quality manufacturing of transformers. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production processes, maintaining efficiency and safety in operations, monitoring and improving production workflows, managing maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The role will require coordination with various departments, staff supervision, and meeting production deadlines to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in Production Management and Operations within a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Technical expertise in electrical or mechanical engineering, with in-depth knowledge of transformer manufacturing processes Team leadership, staff management, and the ability to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry certifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or equivalent experience Proficiency in production management software and tools is an advantage
