Production Manager

1. Co-ordination with Store manager and verify RM/PM stock according to production plan.

2. Prepare Production Plan and convey their team to execute plan on every line.

3. Co-ordination with HRD for required manpower according to production plan.

4. Ensure that production is carrying out as per the production plan.

5. Requiation in Store department for RM/PM and spare parts.

6. Requiation for return material if there is any change or cancel in production plan.

7. Production movement.

8. Check BOM vs Actual Consumption on daily basis.

9. Maintain Breakdown record in ERP.

10. Provide GMP & Personal Hygeine Training.

11. Provide Food Safety Training.

12. Provide 5S Training.

13. Provide Training about maintain Quality Parameters.

14. Provide Training about less wastage during work.

15. Indentify Required Manpower according to work.

16. Give Motivational and work training to their team for work properly and carefully.

17. Making Shift-roaster for their Executive & Operators.

18. Represent their Team-member in front of HOD's For good Working to encourage other team member.

19. Maintain CIP Record.

20. Maintain Preventive Maintainence record.

21. Maintain maintainece Record.

22. Maintain Breakdown record.

23. Check and Verify Production & wastage Report maintain by executive on daily-basis.

24. Check and Verify FG record maintain by Supervisor on daily-basis.
(Person should have experience of Namkeen Snacks Industry)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
