Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency and quality of output. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, managing resources, monitoring production timelines, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also includes supervising and coordinating with teams, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and operations management
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with quality control standards, safety compliance, and operational efficiency strategies
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and utilizing technology to optimize production
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing management role
• Knowledge of advanced technologies such as Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Blockchain is an added advantage
