Production Manager - Furniture Factory

We are looking for a skilled Production Manager with 3 to 9 years of experience in the furniture manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and decision-making abilities, along with deep technical knowledge of furniture & wood industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Oversee production operations to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Manage a team of supervisors, carpenter and support staff to achieve production goals.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, and design departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement cost control and efficiency improvement strategies to optimize production processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
