Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations at our facility in Goa. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, manage production staff, and maintain quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure timely production Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with company policies Monitor production output and quality control standards Maintain equipment and machinery for optimal performance Implement cost-effective strategies and process improvements Ensure health and safety regulations are strictly followed Maintain production reports and inventory records Requirements: Proven experience in production or manufacturing management in liquor industry Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations Ability to troubleshoot problems and think critically Good communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree or diploma in production, engineering, or a related field preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary (₹19,000 – ₹25,000/month based on experience) Supportive work environment with opportunities for growth Be part of an exciting and innovative team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹19,671.34 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
