Job Description

  • Responsible for production of Electronics & Mechanical assemblies, testing and clearance from customers & agencies.
  • Lead team of Production Engineers and Technicians.
  • Supervise teams to achieve production goals and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Control production flow, material flow and inventory to achieve production and quality targets.
  • Ensure compliance of various standards like AS9100, ISO, VDA, ANSI.
  • Responsible for achieving production KPIs: First Time Right, On Time Delivery, Quality targets, Turn Around Time.
  • Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities in production.
  • Work with cross functional teams to extended support to projects and design to implement lessons learnt.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing plans, Bill of material, Work instruction, control plans and procedures.
  • Lead method team for technical reviews addressing PCBA trouble shooting, non-conformances and perform root cause corrective action investigation related to manufacturing processes.
  • Lead problem solving with suppliers and customers to address quality issues and drive product/process improvements.
  • Responsible for material planning with purchase to ensure production targets are met with minimum inventory.
  • Material issuance and consumption in SAP.
