Production Manager

Job Title:* Production Manager – Diamond Jewellery Manufacturing

*Location:* Katargam, Surat

*Timings:* 8:45 AM – 7:15 PM

*Preference:* Male Candidates Only

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Manage and monitor daily jewellery production processes (Casting, Filling, Setting, Polishing, QC, etc.).

* Plan production schedules and allocate resources effectively.

* Supervise and guide production staff to ensure efficiency and discipline.

* Maintain strict quality standards across all production stages.

* Collaborate with design, sourcing, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow.

* Control wastage, manage costs, and enhance productivity.

* Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reports to management.

### *Requirements:*

* *Education:* Graduate / Diploma (preferably in Jewellery Manufacturing / Production Management).

* *Experience:* 5–7 years *in jewellery industry* (Diamond Jewellery Manufacturing experience is mandatory), with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

* In-depth knowledge of jewellery production techniques and processes.

* Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage large teams effectively.

*Salary & Benefits:*

*₹5 LPA – ₹7 LPA* (Negotiable for the right candidate)
