Production Manager

As the Production Planning Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning production activities in consultation with the Plant Incharge. Your primary duties will include maintaining compliance with SOPs, Quality Policy, and regulatory legislation within the Production department. Additionally, you will ensure the proper labeling system in the Production department as per SOP and oversee the availability and adherence to approved manufacturing procedures for all products manufactured in the plant. You will be accountable for checking Batch Production and Control Records, as well as participating in Market Complaint investigations as directed by the QA Manager. Collaboration with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of production activities and coordination for plant maintenance and breakdowns according to SOP and GMP will be essential aspects of your role. Supervising all production staff, both directly and indirectly, will fall under your purview. Furthermore, you will provide leadership by setting clear expectations and upholding high work standards.
