The company operates two workshops in India and one in Mauritius, offering a palette of over 180 different gemstones. Our team of more than 200 skilled artisans is dedicated to creating bespoke luxury in gemstones, with meticulous attention to perfection.

Role Description

We are looking for a Production Manager to join our team in Baghpat. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Production Manager will manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient operation of workshops. Responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, coordinating with different departments, maintaining quality standards, and troubleshooting production issues. The Production Manager will also ensure adherence to safety regulations and manage a team of skilled artisans.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of production management processes and principles
• Experience in quality control and maintaining high standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve production issues effectively
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Baghpat and manage a team of artisans
• Experience in gemstone or similar luxury product manufacturing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related field
