Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Surat. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process, managing production schedules, and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and within budget. They will also be responsible for maintaining quality standards, coordinating with various departments, and implementing safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills
• Experience working in Textile or Engineering field.
• Experience implementing Production Scheduling and Workflow Management
• 3+ years experience with Excel, SAP or other ERP tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
