Chief Boiler Engineer

As a highly experienced Chief Boiler Engineer joining our team in Surat, you will oversee the design, operation, and maintenance of boilers, ensuring full compliance with IBR safety standards. Your role will involve performing thermal calculations, preparing detailed drawings, and leading a skilled engineering team to facilitate efficient and safe boiler manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and manufacturing of boilers with detailed calculations and drawings. - Ensure compliance with IBR safety standards and regulatory requirements. - Build, mentor, and supervise a high-performing engineering team. - Oversee boiler operation, testing, and maintenance activities. - Identify and implement efficiency improvements in design and manufacturing processes. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production and project execution. Qualifications & Experience: - 10-15 years of experience in boiler design, manufacturing, and calculations. - Proven experience in team leadership and supervision. - Deep knowledge of IBR rules, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. - Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Relevant certifications in Boiler Engineering are a plus. - Willingness and ability to work on-site in Surat.,
