Handling customer feedback, lessons learnt on project through respective team leads, Technical support to procurement, fabrication and construction in coordination with respective team leads. Technical support for Quality control workshop and site in coordination with respective team leads. Disposal of shop and site feedback in coordination with respective team leads. Distribute drawings and BOMs to shops and prepare shop orders. Develop, Implement, Control and Review Production Plans. Set up daily, weekly, and monthly plans according to organizational needs. Planning of materials in time to prevent production halts. Get subassemblies from outside vendors. Create PR and get quotations from outside vendors. To provide timely input of materials, coordinate with projects, engineering, quality, and stores. Creating SMH sheets and distributing them to the shop manager. Updating SMH sheets for all jobs on the shop floor and maintaining data. Preparation of RPD and DPR sheets, and tracking of plan vs. actual. Ensure timely payment to outside vendors. Maintain records for all projects and data related to all projects. Participate in OTM. Assign material from stock to project. If no material is available from stock, raise a PR for the material and follow up. Coordination of preparatory activities and distribution of shop materials. Procurement of blasting and painting services. Before invoicing, the shop order must be closed after JCS has been completed. Address issues well in advance to minimize disruptions. Title: Principal/Lead Engineer Experience: 4 - 8 years Reporting To: Manager Education: BTech. / B.E Job Description: Responsibilities: The Design Engineer is a senior technical leadership position responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of boiler systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, Indian & international regulations, and company policies. Currently working in a position of Senior Engineer or Equivalent position, in the field of Boiler, Pressure vessels and Heat exchangers / static equipment design in detailing. Fully conversant with IBR, ASME Sec. I, ASME Sec VIII Div-1, ASME Sec II and requirements of ASME Sec V and ASME Sec IX and familiar with BS 5500. Hands on experience and proficient in performing Mechanical design calculation on PV Elite for Pressure vessels & Heat Exchangers. Responsible for checking and approval of AutoCAD drawing General arrangement and detailed fabrication drawings for IBR, U Stamp Jobs. Should have worked in power plant projects involving WHRBs, HRSGs, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels etc. Should be able to handle the complete project independently. Preparation of manufacturing drawings of WHRB (smoke tube and water tube), pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, as per IBR and ASME. Preparation of structure, pipe & Its support drawings.
