Production Manager

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead the manufacturing operations of our baby food & nutrition products. This role requires strong knowledge of food processing, safety compliance, and team leadership to deliver high-quality, safe, and nutritious products.

Job Description

• Plan and oversee daily production to meet demand and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety standards.
• Drive efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve production yield.
• Lead, train, and motivate the production team for high performance.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, supply chain, and procurement for smooth operations.
• Maintain audit readiness and accurate production documentation.

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience in baby food / infant nutrition / dairy-based processing.
• Strong knowledge of extrusion, blending, spray drying & packaging processes.
• Leadership, problem-solving & analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office

Location: Changsari, Assam

Experience Required: Maximum 5 to 7 years in the field of Production and manufacturing.

Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology (preferred) / Food Science / Nutrition/Mechanical
