Production Manager

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including machine operators, assemblers, and carpenters.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
• Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee machine operators and ensure proper machine setup, operation, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and components.
• Provide regular updates to management on production progress and challenges.
• Liaise with other departments, such as design, logistics, and quality control, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
