Job Responsibility:

The Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales,

and assisting clients in selecting modular furniture solutions provided by our company.

⇨ This role involves understanding customer needs, guiding them through the showroom, and

ensuring a seamless sales experience.

B. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Sr. Key Responsibilities

1 Greet and engage customers entering the showroom.

2 Maintaining their records in CRM. Understand customers' furniture needs and preferences.

3 Develop and execute effective sales strategies to surpass revenue targets.

4 Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and customer demands.

4 Proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities with the architects

5 Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

6 Provide personalized consultation to understand and fulfill each client's unique needs

7 Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and urgency.

8 Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

9 Utilize sales data to derive actionable insights, optimizing strategies for growth.

10 Regularly provide comprehensive reports on market conditions and competitive landscape.

11 Develop an in-depth understanding of our diverse product line and its features.

12 Effectively communicate product benefits and specifications to clients.

13 Collaborate with the marketing team to relay product updates and promotional offerings
