Freshstep Agro LLP, one of India’s leading raw makhana suppliers, is looking for a Production Manager to oversee our processing unit in Dalkhola.
💼 Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day production of raw makhana (grading, roasting, packing).
• Plan batches and meet daily output targets.
• Supervise workers and ensure quality control at every stage.
• Coordinate with suppliers and dispatch teams for smooth order flow.
• Keep track of inventory and raw material usage.
📍 Location: Dalkhola, West Bengal (local candidates preferred)

✅ Requirements:
• Experience in food/agro commodity processing preferred.
• Strong leadership & team management skills.
