Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Incharge - Sheet Metal Fabrication located in Chennai. The Production Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring product quality, and managing a team of workers. Responsibilities include scheduling production runs, coordinating with the design and engineering team, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also involves troubleshooting production issues and optimizing production processes for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, planning, and coordination
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes such as laser cutting, welding, and CNC bending
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to quality and safety standards
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Experience in the metal fabrication industry is a plus
