Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer - Sheet Metal Fabrication, located in Chennai. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in product quality through quality engineering, conducting quality control inspections, implementing quality assurance practices, and managing quality systems. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing production processes, identifying and addressing defects, and collaborating with the production team to enhance quality performance.

Qualifications

• Quality Engineering skills and expertise in implementing quality systems
• Understanding of 2D Drawings
• Proficiency in Quality Control, including conducting inspections and identifying defects
• Experience in Quality Assurance practices and ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Skills in Product Quality management and continuous quality improvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related industry is a plus
