Role Description This full-time on-site role, located in Vadsar, Gandhinagar, requires Production Incharge in the Flexible Packaging Industry. The role involves overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes, managing a team of production staff, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Manager will also be responsible for optimizing production workflows, troubleshooting issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Experience in production management and manufacturing processes in the flexible packaging industry of minimum 5 years Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of industry standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Proficiency in workflow optimization and continuous improvement methodologies Good communication and interpersonal skills Skilled manpower resources handling Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred Show more Show less
