Location: Olpad, Gujarat Company: Divine Engineering services pvt ltd Department: Production About the Role: We are looking for a Production Incharge to join our team at Divine Engineering. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee daily production activities, ensure quality compliance, coordinate across departments, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify the previous day's production work. Conduct Gemba walks to monitor and support shop floor operations. Lead short daily meetings to align teams on priorities and tasks. Quickly identify and resolve any production issues. Coordinate manpower and material allocation for efficient operations. Track job status, adjust deadlines, and support project planning. Communicate project updates with clients and address their concerns. Ensure quality by working closely with the QC department. Collaborate with internal teams like machining, painting, and management. What We’re Looking For: Qualification: BE in Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 8-15 years in a production supervisory or management role (preferred) Skills: Strong communication and leadership Efficient in problem-solving and task management Knowledge of production planning and quality standards Ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks under pressure Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Olpad, Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Location: Olpad, Surat, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person
