Education: BE Mech./DME/ Diploma in Molding (CIPAT)

Experience: 6-8 years

Job description:

• Production planning and making changes in Plan as and when required
• Check production as per plan and review production of previous day
• Review entire production process and take action if required
• Plan and review maintenance periodically
• Take trails for new product
• Identify areas of improvement
• Implement systems like 5s, KAIZEN
• responsible for Safety, Quality process & meeting customer requirements
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• Assessing project and resource requirements.
• selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
• organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Liaising with marketing and sales staff
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• ensure that the production is cost effective
• Identify training needs and provider training as per training plan.
• Analyze, estimate, negotiate budgets and continuously control production costs and identify/rectify waste measures.
• Determine the human resources and material required
