Job Purpose To lead and manage the estimation function by distributing inquiries, preparing accurate project cost estimates, maintaining strong client and vendor relationships, and ensuring a seamless handover to execution and production teams. The role is essential for driving revenue growth and aligning project execution with business objectives. 2. Key Roles & Responsibilities #Responsibility 1Distribute sales inquiries among team members for timely assessment and follow-up. 2Prepare and send project cost estimates to clients based on technical and commercial requirements. 3Guide and mentor the estimation team to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to standards. 4Coordinate with vendors to align on material costs, technical specs, and terms of delivery. 5Follow up with clients to resolve queries, ensure engagement, and convert inquiries into orders. 6Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and close deals effectively. 7Handover project details, including documentation, to execution and production teams for implementation. 8Act as the communication bridge between clients and internal teams during project execution. 9Conduct project kickoff meetings, handover meetings, and maintain Minutes of Meeting (MoM). 3. Internal & External Communication StakeholderNature of Interaction InternalCoordination with Estimation, Production, Purchase, Stores, and Execution teams.ExternalDirect interaction with Clients and Vendors. 4. Educational Qualification & Experience CriteriaRequirement EducationB.E. MechanicalExperienceMinimum 7 years in Sales, Estimation, or a similar role in the engineering or manufacturing industry. 5. Key Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of estimation processes and sales strategies Expertise in project costing and financial calculations Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office tools Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to lead a team and manage multiple stakeholders Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Position Title: Senior Engineer Design Department: Design Location: Surat, Gujarat Reports to: Design Head / Engineering Manager Profile Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Engineer from the fabrication industry who can lead and mentor the design team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in multiple design and analysis software including AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SolidWorks, Staad Pro, and Tekla , and have hands-on experience in nesting operations and PCL (Part Cutting List) . The candidate should have a strong understanding of structural and fabrication drawings and be capable of driving design efficiency, accuracy, and team coordination. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design team in creating detailed fabrication drawings and models. Review project specifications and coordinate with project, estimation, and production teams. Ensure accuracy and quality of all design deliverables including PCL, BOQ, and nested drawings. Oversee and implement efficient nesting processes to minimize material waste. Perform structural analysis and validations using Staad Pro or relevant tools. Coordinate and validate Tekla models for fabrication and erection. Drive standardization, process improvement, and documentation in the design workflow. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to junior engineers and draftsmen. Ensure timely submission of drawings as per project schedules. Communicate with clients, consultants, or vendors on design-related matters when required.
