Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-

Possess strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and process defect control, ensuring consistent product quality and efficiency.
Provide training to manpower on 5S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), TQM (Total Quality Management), and systems such as MIS and ERP for improved productivity and discipline.
Handle overall production activities, ensuring smooth plant operations and coordination across departments.
Resolve daily operational issues related to Quality, Stores, Purchase, and IT through effective cross-departmental communication and timely closure.
Identify and analyze manufacturing wastage with the team and implement corrective actions to minimize losses.
Conduct weekly floor performance reviews to identify causes of performance decline and implement improvement measures.
Identify production bottlenecks, streamline processes, and implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising quality.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain alignment with company goals for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:-

B.Tech in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
