Production incharge

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Production Incharge to oversee and manage the daily operations of our production unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of production processes, and experience in managing workforce efficiency, quality control, and production planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities to meet targets and deadlines.
• Plan and allocate resources (manpower, materials, and machinery) effectively.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
• Maintain production reports, daily logs, and performance records.
• Monitor raw material consumption and ensure minimum wastage.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and guide production staff to maintain efficiency and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Biofertilizer / Bioproduct / Agri input production or similar manufacturing setup.
• Skills Required:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in production documentation and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of ISO, GMP, or related production standards (preferred).
