Production incharge

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production In charge to lead daily manufacturing operations, optimize resource utilization, and uphold the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, supervise teams, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve production targets on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring compliance with safety standards and work procedures.
• Efficiently allocate manpower, machinery, and materials to meet production objectives.
• Monitor operations and adjust schedules or resources as required to maintain output targets.
• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Maintain accurate production logs, reports, and performance metrics.
• Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule preventive maintenance and address equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Ensure products meet established quality standards and immediately report deviations.
• Drive process improvements through lean manufacturing, 5S, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train, motivate, and support team members to enhance performance and skill levels.
• Uphold company policies and promote a safe, clean, and organized workplace.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum qualification: +2 or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a production supervisory or related manufacturing role.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and resource management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, machinery operation, and safety protocols.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Background in fasteners manufacturing or similar industrial production.
• Experience managing shift operations and supervising diverse production teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
