Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production In-charge located in Ahmedabad. The Production In-charge will oversee day-to-day production operations, ensure the efficient functioning of production lines, and maintain quality standards. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with the production team, ensuring timely maintenance of machinery, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and optimizing production processes to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, scheduling, and overseeing production operations
• Technical expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining machinery
• Knowledge of quality control processes and safety regulations
• Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the machinery manufacturing industry is a plus
