Production Head

As an experienced candidate with a minimum of 8 years in the field, preferably a graduate engineer in Mechanical, you should have direct experience in Rice Milling operations. Your track record should demonstrate the successful management of manpower, including Supervisors, Operators, and Helpers. Your knowledge of Rice Milling equipment and utilities, as well as familiarity with MIS systems for production reporting and batch production reporting, will be crucial for this role. Additionally, an understanding of stock and inventory management is necessary. Knowledge of SAP will be a strong advantage in this position. While candidates from Wheat milling or other Food or FMCG industries will be considered, preference will be given to those with experience in the Rice Industry. Your background in production, mechanical engineering, and proactive approach to operational challenges are essential for success in this role.
