Job Description

Plan, organize, and control the manufacturing process from raw material to finished goods.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Lead and supervise production teams (cutting, stitching, finishing, quality control, packaging).
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Monitor daily production targets, efficiency levels, and output quality.
Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Quality teams for smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and labor standards.
Introduce automation, new technology, and process improvements for better efficiency.
Track production costs and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
Prepare and present regular production reports to senior management.
Ensure timely delivery of products as per client orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
