Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Maintain strong knowledge of all linen products, pricing, availability, and order timelines. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Generate quotations, proforma invoices, and follow up for approvals. Manage order processing, including raising sales orders and ensuring accurate data entry.
