Job Description:
We're looking for an experienced Production Head to lead our sheet metal fabrication team. The successful candidate will oversee production processes, manage teams, and ensure high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize production processes to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Lead and train a team of sheet metal workers
- Ensure quality control and implement quality checks
- Manage inventory and procurement of materials
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates on project status
Required Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of quality control and safety protocols
- Good customer communication skills to build strong relationships and resolve issues
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 quality management system
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Experience with AutoCAD or other CAD software (added advantage)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
