Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet production targets and deadlines.
Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Monitor production metrics and KPIs; analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
Coordinate with other departments (Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
Lead and develop the production team; oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Manage budgets, reduce costs, and increase efficiency without compromising quality.
Resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting as per company policies and industry standards.
