Role: Production Executive

As a Production Executive at Tailorworks, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production processes, ensuring smooth operations, timely deliveries, and high-quality output. You will coordinate with designers, masters, tailors, quality control, and vendors to ensure seamless production flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the entire production process (cutting, stitching, finishing, and delivery).
• Coordinate with the design and inventory teams to ensure fabric availability and order readiness.
• Allocate and track work for masters, tailors, and supporting staff.
• Maintain production schedules to meet client delivery timelines.
• Ensure quality standards are met at every stage of production.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or challenges in the production process.
• Manage vendor coordination (embroidery, printing, special finishing, etc.).
• Track daily production output and prepare reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.

Key Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Production, Garment Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in garment production (luxury/bespoke tailoring experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and tailoring techniques.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between departments.
• Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
