Job_Description":" As a Production Engineer \u2013 Vehicle Assembly, your responsibilityincludes but not limited to: Responsible to achieve daily and monthly production plan by coordinating with PPC and planning resources availability all the time for smooth execution of production activities. Responsible for capacity planning and manpower planning as per production forecast. Responsible for Preparing & updating the SOPs, work instructions and training the team members. Responsible to Ensure the quality of products meeting as per ISO 9001:2015 standard requirements. Responsible to Ensure the employee safety and environment across the line Responsible to Ensure the 5S in workplace all the time and improving continuously on daily basis. Responsible to Establish the effective process controls like POKA-YOKEs for the existing process, by coordinating with customers on process audits initiating counter measures based on customer complaints through CAPA, QC Story, one point lesson & 8D reports. Responsible to implement low-cost automation projects and implement by coordinating with concerned department. Responsible for End-to-End Assembly and Reworking / Rectifying the defects in the Battery Pack. Knowledge on two-wheeler assembly line process Responsible to implement PFD, PFMEA, SPC & MSA Responsible to identify bottle neck operation and implement kaizen to reduce the same Responsible to do cycle time study (MOST ) Requirements B.E / Diploma with 6-10 Years of experience in two-wheeler vehicle assembly line Good knowledge on latest technologies in EV industry.
