Production Engineer

As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and improving production activities at our various plants. Your responsibilities will include production planning, inventory management, dispatch coordination, and ensuring smooth operations at all plant locations. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining packing inventory, monitoring quality and safety standards, and supporting workforce coordination. Please note that this role will require frequent travel and short stays at different plant locations. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute production schedules to meet targets. - Efficiently manage inventory and packing stock. - Oversee dispatch planning to ensure timely delivery. - Conduct regular visits to distant plants to oversee operations. - Manage plant workflow in the event of staff absence. - Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Qualifications Required: - Strong production planning and plant management skills. - Ability to effectively manage teams and take ownership of operations. - Willingness to travel and stay at plants for extended periods (10-12 days per month). - Previous experience in plant management and workforce supervision is preferred.
