BE Mechanical having 4-8 years of experience in production handling casting to finishing line
preferred from Steel/Aluminium/Copper foundry
Location- Kadi, Mehsana
Responsible for entire casting process.
1. Develop, implement and maintain foundry processes and procedures to increase productivity, reduce costs,
and improve product quality.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving process issues in the foundry to minimize downtime and ensure continuous
operation.
3. Conducting regular inspections and audits of the foundry operations to Creating and sustaining a safe, clean
and friendly environment at workplace
4. Managing Manpower & ensuring the deployment, motivation, skills improvement and overall training of the
team.
5. Preparing and presenting technical reports on foundry operations and process improvements
