Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement production processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and quality control

- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of products

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards

- Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that may arise

- Train and mentor production team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve production processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production engineering role, preferably in the watches and wearables industry

- Strong knowledge of production processes and procedures

- Experience with quality control and improvement methods

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
