Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Engineer. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, high-quality production. • Develop, implement, and improve production processes, workflows, and systems to enhance productivity and reduce costs. • Plan and schedule production activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements. • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in the production line, providing effective solutions and recommendations. • Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. • Prepare and maintain production documentation, such as work instructions, assembly guides, and reports. • Train and supervise production staff, promoting best practices and continuous learning. Required Qualifications and Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, production, or related field). • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role. • Proficiency in MS Office. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Excellent communication. • Ability to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
