Production Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Engineer to manage day-to-day operations at our manufacturing plant in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. The role primarily involves overseeing production, dispatch coordination, and follow-ups to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery. Prior experience in gauge manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily production activities
• Coordinate and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods
• Follow up with internal teams and vendors to maintain smooth operations
• Maintain production records and prepare necessary reports
• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are followed on the shop floor
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to avoid downtime
• Collaborate with the planning and logistics teams for optimal workflow
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency enhancements

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1–4 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
• Experience in gauge or precision tool manufacturing preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, production tracking tools, etc.)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
